I used to love vegetarian ghallaba with hommus under the previous ownership. It was a colorful dish with stir fried vegetables and potatoes arranged on a plate of hommus. This item is still on the menu, but now lacked any color (red peppers, carrots) and had barely chewable peapods as the main vegetable. Never had peapods at a Middle Eastern.
